High Reliability Organizations in Healthcare

The principles of High Reliability Organizations–preoccupation with failure, reluctance to simplify, sensitivity to operations, commitment to resilience, and deference to expertise–help teams constantly improve, remain diligent, and enhance the outcomes of the work they do. Attend this Learning Lab to practice using our series of ‘design thinking’ tools that will help teams map out their current state, highlight key areas for improvement, and build a vision for both cultural and strategic growth.
